Problem VAIO BIOS Insyde dont start

    hey i have this notebook:

    Processor Name: AMD ALTHON P340 II Dual Core
    Processor Speed (GHz): 2.2
    Video: ATI Radeon HD 4250 256MB Dedicated
    Operating System: Windows® 7 Ultimate Sp1 (64-bit)
    HD: 320GB
    RAM: 6 GB DDR3

    BIOS Insyde - R0200Z5


    i had bad flash the bios, and now the laptop dont turn on, when I press the power button i get 3 green light, nothing more, please helppp

    help i found .rom file but i dont know to do :confused:

    add:

    the cd rom is working
