Hi and sorry for my English
From Disks Manager I try to initialize a Sata3 10TB but appears this message:

"The specified disk is not convertible because its size is less than the minimum size required for GPT disks"
and the disk has a capacity of 10 TB so now I can not initialize and format.

How can I fix it because I can not format the disk and It is New.
Thank you very much for your help!!!

boot to windows bootable media and select clean install - chose the proper disk. delete all partitions. install and your disk will do everything that is needed then you can divide or what ever you want. may time your media is not 100% NEW but has been used then simply set as new.
