I used Rufus and it encountered a problem and my 14 GB USB is write-protected now and I couldn't use it now. I used HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool with no success. Any help will be appreciated!

Can you manually reformat it? If that fails then I would use Disk Management and remove all the partitions from it and create a new one.

I opened Disk Management and found its letter but, it shows no media in it. See this picture:

Edit: I can't format it manually.

Check in 'Disk Management' for the stick and assign a drive letter :D.

In case you use the steps from pisthai above (do it here always manually), be shure to enter the correct disk number. After that you´ll only need to copy the ISO content over, as it´s already bootable.

    Thank you pisthai!
Tried the above mentioned method and when I came to step 4 and typed "clean", I get the following message "There is no media in the device".

The drive letter is "K" and it is OK I think, I mean no conflict with other drive letters.

I don't think so as when I plug it in I can hear its sound and the computer feel it.
