    Either you are using a beta version or a modified Windows, replacing the slui.exe file would solve this problem

    Install cert & key via cmd

    You cant activate windows online with oem slp key.

    if you incorrectly install or install the wrong license, you get this error.

    which is why i asked his exact steps.

    You've right...
    I listen your advice, used WOAT(without succes) and then I've tried Key-Cert-Branding Tool 1.4 with succes!!
