Hi all. I bought an office professional 2010 suite online from a guy. the office 2010 was sealed and its 100% legit. I installed it and inserted the serial included and it activated without any problem. any way I bought a new ssd drive and made a clean install of win 7 and then office and from 2 days I couldn't activate it. I called the support of MS and they told me to give them the key and the digits to activate via the phone and I was told that my copy was an MSDN ver. and there is no way to activate it. Via them. I feel that I was ripped off. is there a way to activate it?
sorry to hear that, youwill need to purchase a MSDN subscription then. or use the other method stated above. But i woulkd still complain to the seller, did you buy through ebay, if so you will be protected. how was the office version stated retail or volume licence?
the strange thing is that it activated the 1st time. I think there is no use of trying to be legit. I will use the activator. thank you for all you help.
