Problem with arabic language

    Hello all
    I just installed windows 11 23H2 adguard version
    And after finishing the installation I added arabic Egypt language and I done every setting in control panel with arabic language
    But there is a problem
    If I tried old notepad file with arabic text on it it appears with squares also I am using zkteco time attendance and I can't type arabic on it even I done all ot that before in Windows 10 22H2

    So please help

    there is a beta language setting you should cancel.
    I have a familiar problem, with the Hebrew language.
    after canceling this, it will run as usual

    it happened to my friend once,
    and that how I've fixed it

    Just add these packages with dism /add-package manually then install latest CU.

    Notepad-FoD is for unreleased LTSC/Server only

    Notepad-System-FoD update notepad.exe.mui
    but it has no effect if UWP Notepad app is installed / the default
