Problem with installing ubuntu

    To be precise
    Downloaded ubuntu ISO from official website and made the usb bootable by using the software from official site ...the os runs fine directly from usb on acer mini but when tried installing it, it works till copying files and then during copying files it gives installation error ...help required

    what error ? write the exact error that installer gives.
    Also , what distro of ubuntu trying ? 11.04 , 11.10 ? or maybe the beta1 12.04 ? (to be precise) :cool:

    The problem was solved last night :biggrin: i did the downloading again and then a clean installation it worked ..forgot to post here :innocent:..to be precise :p anywayz thanks for your response
