problem with Internet Explorer

    I have Windows 7 installed in my laptop.

    I cannot open Internet Explorer browser in my Windows 7 OS

    Is it a symptom of Virus Attack?

    Please HELP!!!

    Try doing a system restore and see if you can open internet explorer following that. Also try doing a Windows Update. If all else fails, you can try to download the new IE9 to run in conjunction with Windows 7.

    ensure you have IE turned on in Control Panel > Turn on/off Windows Components
