Hello, the Adobe updater tray notified of available updates for Pr CS5, I let it run and it reported installation not successfull. Then I downloaded standalone update package from Adobe web: PremiereProRetail-5.0.2-mul-AdobeUpdate - fails to update also PremiereProTrial-5.0.2-mul-AdobeUpdate - updates successfully but Premiere reports version 5.0.0 as in About box Any help, resolution, or diagnostics to find why it failed? Thanks
