Problem With Vista Game Explorer

My game explorer was working perfectly, suddenly after playing a game i noticed that all shortcuts are gone. now there is only one shortcut(see attachment). Trying to drag icons or shortcuts of any games manually resulted in an error ding sound, as if the folder was somehow locked. tried to repair with VGEE (Vista Game Explorer Editor) but no luck..

Does anyone know of a way that I can fix it? Thanks for any help
