    BETA service pack

    Any chance you are running with a BETA version of the Service Pack? All beta versions expire. Your attached image indicates "Sevice Pack 1, v.165". The final SP1 only shows "Service Pack 1". The only time I have seen a version like yours is with beta software.

    Try de-installing the service pack and then re-installing it from Windows Update, so you will be sure to have the correct working version.
