Problem with Windows Defender

    So, yesterday I install W8.1 Pro, and today noticed that Windows Defender does not work. I can't switch WD on "on", because, icon is totally grey.
    Also, I get message, I must have administrator privileges to turn ON Windows Defender.
    How do I turn it on?

    refresh win 8.1 then create new user admin type.
