Forgot to mention, that the picture on the post above is from the account that has the problem!
It plays flash contents from youtube and some other sites, but does not show others.

Uninstall Flash and reinstall by right clicking on the file and selecting "Run As Admin"

can also install google chrome and use that instead since it has built in flash support

I've tried uninstalling and the reinstalling using "Run as administrator" option, problem still exists.
I am not into changing exploreres for such a problem, I'd rather find a solution.
    Thank you for your support.

I had a problem with installing in ie, this was the only fix. It's description matches yours. Uninstall flash, run this, reinstall.

I cannot post links so you have to add http to the begininng.

I managed to fix the problem. Here's what I did:

    1) Enabled Built-in Administrator account in Windows 7.
    2) Logged in to Administrator.
    3) Uninstalled flash player.
    4) Deleted the folder 'Macromed' from C:\Windows\SysWOW64. (For 32-bit the folder is located in C:\Windows\System32).
    5) Restarted the PC.
    6) Logged in to Administrator account again and installed flash player manually.
    7) Restarted the PC again, and voila! everything works fine now!

I've tried the same long time ago except the fourth step, and still didn't work. So I think the main thing was deleting that folder.

    I'm a happy man now :)
