I got the below from my brother-in-law today and I can't answer his question. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I will add that his email address is with msn.com & he is using Firefox browser to download & read his mail from a MSN homepage in it, if any of that is material. "Still having trouble on the laptop with staying connected to email. It works most of the time but then stops and won't open anything. I have to shut the computer off and then turn it on to get it to work. The desktop works fine and I'm using that now. Any thoughts about this?" Does anyone here have any ideas about this problem? jetjock
You don't say what your system is. No problems here. It used to be slow and erratic on my old XP, but since I switched to Windows 10, it's running smoothly...touch wood.
He is running Win 7 Ultimate on the laptop (problem machine) and Win XP on his desktop (good machine). jetjock
