Hello! I have tried to recover/format my computer to have it as it were the first time i started it. I have a recovery cd i made the first time i started it which i made with Master CD/DVD Creator. When i restart with the disc i get this message that says "Packad Bell Nec Recovery process" and to input my serial. When i do this i get this message: Error 2 Computer Incorrectly Configured. Contact Technical Support. And right at the bottom of the screen it says 2: Bad EXTHS (crc). So how do i get pass this? I can add that i left my computer for service a while ago and they didn't get the recovery cd to use, maybe that has something to do with it. I would really appreciate your help guys Best Regards
