Problems with Windows 10 LTSB

    I cant download language packs, net 3.5 and even if I install an offline Lang pack my keyboard layout is messed up.
    I cant change to US default keyboard layout without change Windows language to English I cant use alt+shift or ctr +c and ctr +v...

    Any help?

    1. whether net 35 means .NET Framework 3.5
    2. how you try to download these language packs
    3. what LTSB do you have
    4. and the last question - how and what you want to exchange

    1.Yeah I mean .net 3.5
    2.There are some language pack .cab files listed on website ntlite forums
    3, Windows 10 LTSB v1607
    4. The default keyboard language/layout is stuck on the one installed (Greek in my case) If I change the default to english also the windows language is changed to english.
    I cant use alt+shift or ctr+c or +v
