Processor Change

    Has anyone changed a processor under Win 7, I would like to know if it refuses to boot as XP pro did or does anyone know a work around to save reloading the OS. :confused:

    I did this 3 months ago. No problems at all.

    Same, changed from E6850 to Q9550, had to restart once aftrer changing and after that everything worked fine
