    What do you think about making Windows Vista Starter x64 through Windows Editions Reconstruction Project?

    useless ... 64 bits os limited to 2gb.. bad

    It is based on Windows Vista with SP2 Home Basic x64. Therefore it is limited to 8 GB.

    The reason to make: Starter version's wallpapers are completely different from other versions.

    However, it may be possible if ConvertNT6SKUs exists.

    extract wallpapper from starter 32 bits and install vista basic 64 bits?

    What would be the point in doing that?

    If you want a light Vista level OS Just use WebServer2008, which is light for real. Starter flavors are Limited, not light.
