PXE-booting ESXi

    I switched my main ESXi host to this method and everything works without problems. Since /bootbank gets linked to /tmp automatically, a /tmp/state.tgz gets created automatically every hour or can be manually created by calling /sbin/auto-backup.sh. No vicfg-cfgbackup.pl necessary.

    I also added tools.t00 to the boot.cfg. This makes the VMware Tools .iso files available in /5.1.0 and all relevant links get greated automatically so tools installation in guests is seamless as before. It costs more RAM, though.

    Yeah, tools.t00 is about 210MB uncompressed and not making a real dent in 32GB. :)
