I can not replicate how it happens, but it does happen. C2R converted to R2V & KMS activated. Design Ideas are gone on quite few workstations. But still shows/works OK on some other (exact same version of Office & Windows) workstations To get it back on these workstations that do NOT have it, I have to remove KMS activation licenses & allow Office to be used only via licensed user login. Anybody has any idea how to get it back WITH KMS activation sebus

Yes, O365 feature are sensitive, sometimes need O365 grace key installed, sometimes need connected MS account
No, none would apply in my environment, but at least I know how to "fix" it edit Redone licensing & seems to work on that profile, will need to check default profile
Tested, & it behaves most odd. On image restore to another hardware, DI do not show on any profile. Uninstall licences, connect once to O365 with login in to account, sign out, install KMS licences, activate, DI shows & works fine. So obviously something happens locally that makes this appear. I wonder what, will need to capture registry/file system to compare
