Is there a way to reduce the handles of explorer using, to boost responsive and system readiness after booting ?
    maybe a tweak tool ?

I took my old laptop and installed win10
After tweaking services and more, its looks promising :)
just the system's readiness and opening slaginess, a bit annoying

    Thx

You mean things like disabling the avi handler, for instance, which reads every avi and if one is corrupt it hangs the pc? Google "disable explorer file handlers". That's how I do it. I used to do it all the time on windows 7 but windows 10 is behaving so far, for me at least. Good luck.
