I work in a secure environment (air gapped LAN) and i am creating a custom Win 10 Pro build for device that comes with a Win 10 OEM build. We cant use the vendor build as we cannot be certain whats on it. So i need to create a suitable build. With Win 7 i grabbed the xrm-ms and the serial from the existing factory build, and then inserted those and the device was activated (due to SLIC). How do i do similar for Win 10? I can't find a Panasonic xrm-ms on the factory build. Online or phone activation are not options, as this build will be used on multiple devices. Cheers all.
How are you capable enough to build a "suitable" build (whatever you mean by that, prolly chopped up to pieces) but not understand how win 10 activation works, plus if you're in such a "special" circomstances don't you have legit lines to msft support?
The question of OP is how to make a clean install without bloat I suppose. I also assume each PC is licensed by its Hardware ID and has no individual serial. In that case once activated online or by phone it should activate again installing your custom OS. Precondition is that the OEM version is also a pro version. W10 hasn't any offline activation.
Thanks for responding Yen. When we take the devices out the box, after going through the oobe they are activated. This are without any network connection, what is the mechanism for this? I cannot believe that a large oem connects every device they sell to the internet, in order to activate.
