    Hello!

Has anyone tested how correctly Windows 7 integrated CDRW/DVDRW erase function erase media. Did 100% it erase all data from media that data is 100% unrecoverable after erase?

Lots of people for such situations use seperate software.

    Kind Regards.

  2. I think you're safest bet is to overwrite the disk with some random 700MB image. If you don't overwrite the disk with something, any file can be easily recovered with software such as IsoBuster. You can test it yourself.

It just deletes the TOC. Same as quick erase in Nero and similar programs.
