is there a batch file that is programmed to find a malicious file and delete it? stop its processes and delete its content or something? cuz there's been a rampant malware infection in our school and community and I was thinking a batch file if possible?

Use malwarebytes. You can run it from usb stick, and in safe mode also.

Interestingly, why companies and laboratories deal and develop with these things for years, if one cowboy can write batch file and everything can do with it?
But I can tell you where is so many "clever doctors", who cure everything, absolutely everything, but I'll not tell publicly and here about this "wonderful place" ....

there is a batch file for that - can do everything. not from a cowboy, but from a american army admin und hundred other people.

Tronscript is a glorified collection of batch files that automate the process of disinfecting and cleaning up Windows client systems.
