Hello, Guys! First tell please, Which company's Chyawanprash is best? What is the Difference between Sona Chandi Chyawanprash and Amritprash? Can you tell me what both things can do? Some articles have said these are not good for health. So Is it correct? Regards, Happpy,
There is no harm using a chyawanprash that is prepared according to Ayurveda guidelines. These are a kinda health food only. Some companies do make these keeping the liking and taste of the masses in mind and may sometimes compromise on the nutrition quotient. Dabur is an old brand however and comparatively more trusted one. The best CHP is one made on order with herbs etc. and by a competent Ayurveda practitioner.
