You don't want to uninstall and lose the connection beeing remotely connected? If yes, in Parameters/security, you have to check the box "Update automatically" or "Download the last version......" then I think anydesk will ask for update. Or you can update on the main page under "Status Anydesk" But I 'm pretty sure that you can't have 2 concurrents anydesk running. My english is not very good (mais surement compréhensible).
If you just run the installer on the remote PC and click on update. Your current session will be kicked, but you just reconnect a minute later (update done). I've updated the AD client a fair few times remotely, never had a issue.
