There are very many speculations - one of them - that the final RTM build will have 'artificially' changed the number to build no 7300 (like - if the code from branch e.g. 7265 will be approved as the golden RTM code then it will be moved to 7300). But it's only one from the speculations - till we actually have a confirmation from a few sources/insiders about an RTM-approved code we will probably never be 100% sure.
