Well, I am really confused with all the build numbers and editions and all that. Which Windows 10 edition has the least number of UWP/metro/cortana and all that BS stuff. LTSB/LTSC? and should I download 1803 and I read that some people are waiting for 1809?

I uses a custom build windows 10 LTSB 2016 (Removed windows security center, system restore, Hyper-V and other craps using MSMG toolkit) and it has been rock solid for me. No BSOD until now. I would suggest you to stay away from 2019 LTSC as it is based on 1809 build which is a train wreck. You will get security updates and patches for LTSB 2016 until 2026. That's all I need. I don't care about the notorious future updates.

I can't have a broken system on every other day. I don't have time to spend hours on fixing issues. Cause I have a job.
FYI- I use ARCH most of the time. I uses windows only to run some propitiatory, custom build software for the company that I work for. Also, our company uses Microsoft teams for communication. I can't run MS teams desktop app on any Linux distros. The web version should work. But, it does not support audio in ARCH.
I would definitely use xp if Intel provides driver support for the latest hardware. I don't really care about all those fancy stuff, stupid action center notification sounds, phone companion, "metrosexual" craps in the future updates :)

I guess that is classic shell with Tenified theme.
Search deviantart or classic shell forum for Tenified theme :)

Actually it's not the button that sucks, it's the XAML abomination they call START. It was usable in pre-1507 IPs where it still was part of win32 API.

It's kind of an ambiguous question depending on your definition of bulls**t. If you ask me personally the answer is clear, it's any ISO with Windows 10 Chinese Government edition. I'm not allowed to link to any ISO of it and the last discussion thread regarding said topic got deleted and not by the topic creator. One person whose discussed it to a great deal is CHEF-KOCH of whom got his GitHub banned for allegedly spreading links (?) to indecent images of minors (?) around the same time, not sure if there's a connection.

Anyhow, it's a bit of work to set up, especially if you want English but it's allegedly the same as Windows 10 LTSC minus the backdoors, Windows Firewall and Windows Update (cumulative updates are delivered courtesy by Chinese government server, not Microsoft). I'm sure there's also more differences but it's hard to find information about it.

Piratebay or 1337x. Search for torrents uploaded by "generation2". 100% safe. Or you can find the ISO in getintopc

I'm using 1809. have no problem with it. these guys that go in and tweak and disable everything always have big problems.

if people are doing something illegal or whatever they should probably write their own personal operating system and quit bitching and complaining about Microsoft.

    Coals to Newcastle .

Check svf2iso to get any language needed.

Recommendation: Never touch Gen2 or alike with a 10 feet pole! Always get MVS ISO for LTSB/C.
