So I have purchased 4 different versions of QuickBooks Pro over the past 10 years, the last version being 2018 Pro. After 3 years Quickbooks break a piece of the software (I purchased) which allows you to import your bank statements. They say it for security reasons, but that makes no sense. Now they no longer even offer a standalone verson only a yearly subscription... BTW i don't even do an online import. I just import it from a downloaded bank file. But that feature is broke
Also, i just opened QB in a VM and set the date back to last year, and I turned off the internet. I was able to do an import, not sure if that helps
