R1100Y0.ROM write protected .. plz help !

    when I try to flash my bios R1100Y0.ROM model : sony vgn-fw235j

    I get error message says bios is write protected while trying to flash it with afudos

    plz I need way to fix that

    Perhaps the laptop has write protection enabled in the BIOS, enter in the BIOS setup utility to be sure.

    the problem is the bios has a password and I don't know it because I bought it from the internet and I tried to contact the old owner and he don't remember it

    can u plz give me a link to the original ROM file

    I found a link for it but it's the .EXE file not the ROM file and I couldn't extract it using universal extractor and 7zip also
