    Hi,

As some of you know, my pc was built by me and is only 2 months old. I just noticed when i right clicked on this pc, selected properties, I noticed under installed RAM listed 4GB. When I ran speccy it said I had 4gbin one slot. I have 2 sticks totaling 8GB. I should be seeing 8GB on both, right? I bought it from amazon and 30 days has passed so I assume I can not call them for a replacement, right? If that is the case, do I need to call GSkill for a replacement? I tried slots 1 and 3 and only 1 stick was recognized and the same with 2 and 4 so I assume one stick is bad? Correct?

    Plz let me know.

    thx

And, your Windows is 32bit or 64bit?

You're 'shy' to post all specification of your Machine and installed OS! To get 'fast' help, I would suggest you post:
    1. ALL Hardware specification include Model, Revision etc. and age
    2. BIOS Version
    3. Windows/OS Version
    4. Screenshots of ALL Error's

To post the above, would be your best start!

    Thanks.
