This is a prayer "doa'a" Muslims say to each others in Ramadan; means that after you fast all day long and want to eat "fast breaking" at evening, we hope that the food you eat come with health upon you. This is a saying and has no origins in Qura'an or Hadith, but, some Islamic countries' people used to say it.
