    Hi.

Recently when I turned on my desktop, I had recieved a flash when it booted (after BIOS and after windows boot logo) then it restarted infinitely, so I opened up startup repair option.. it told me there was nothing It could do. So I viewed the report and somewhere along the bottom it said "Corrupt Registry" and a lot of 000X0001 or somes**t. ;)

I've tried hardware fixes and stuff, I am definetly certain it is corrup registry.

I've tried using CMD to use the backup registry files and overwriting them to the registry files but that did not work

Please help, I don't want to lose all of mah files! :p

    - Off topic here but where can I download the latest win 7 ult 64bit (i want most, if not all windows updates installed with it)

I would say your best option is to do a clean install and just keep your old files. All what will be done is it will keep all your old files and just rename your old installation Windows.old.

    Oh .. man.. f**k.

With windows.old will I be able to run old programs and s**t?

All I want is to be able to run the programs.. I mean it's not any valuable files (pics, etc) more just terabytes of pirated games.. :D

Can you link me to the MDL verson? I definetly know that MDL has a thread with all of the windows 7 ult and s**t, mainly because TBP is blocked with my ISP; or just give me the pirate proxy link..

Also is there no other way of doing this.. download a huge 8gb file then putting it on my memory stick will take me an entire bloody day!

Well I found my old Win 7 Ult SP1 32bit & 64bit USB so I dont have to worry anymore ;)

One problem though, it tells me that I must:

    Code:
"The computer started using the windows installation disc. Remove the installation disc and restart your computer so that Windows starts normally. Then insert the installation disc and restart the upgrade."
What the f**k do I do? I can't start windows normally.

When you boot from your USB, don't choose "Update", choose "Clean Install" just don't format your drive
