    (I have no idea why I am asking this). Just curious - If I install this tool, set it to "Disable" and then uninstall Ratool, will the ports remain disabled? If so, would they be recoverable without reinstallation?

    It is a Portable freeware that mean you don't need to install it and if you set a password , ports will remain disabled
