The Energy Star logo was present up to Windows XP Service Pack 2 and was removed from Windows XP's Display Properties dialog in Service Pack 3.
Microsoft Simply left a blank spot where the logo was, but the Energy Star logo and the placement is still in the themeui.dll file.
Does anyone know if it is possible to reactivate this logo again?

The image logo is still present in the latest themeui.dll file, it's only not active.

I did this as shown in the topic image. The resource entries are all the same between the file versions. So there is some kind of Hex code that blocks this.
