The problem is that the 2 rear speaker does not show in 5.1 mod.
I have a forced to set 7.1 for show and works rear speaker.
But I do not have this problem under Windows 7.

And with drivers windows 10, I do not have that problem either, he playing me 2 choices of 5.1.

So the drivers must have a problem with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

Nothing to do with it, I said that the speaker does not work at all.
The manager of her when I click on the 2 enclosure behind it does not matter, whereas on Windows 7, 8 and 8.1, it works very well!

Yes problem solved, I turned on Windows 7, and the speaker still did not work, so I disconnect the three cable behind the PC, reconnect, and it was walking I understand nothing, can be a faulty contact.

    Not good? cheap?
I not understand, I really find and this problem is not just about asus and is since Windows 8.1, and most strange, with the same drivers, no problem on Windows 7 but problem on Windows 8.1, 10.
So it's clearly not a problem between Windows 8.1 and 10 realtek drivers.
