I have been having a problem with activating Visio over a private KMS server.

I installed Visio 2013 Pro VLK edition, use cscript ospp.vbs to insert the key, set the destination and port, and then finally to try and activate.

However, after it attempts to activate, I receive this error:
Installed product key detected - attempting to activate the following product:
    SKU ID: e13ac10e-75d0-4aff-a0cd-764982cf541c
LICENSE NAME: Office 15, OfficeVisioProVL_KMS_Client edition
LICENSE DESCRIPTION: Office 15, VOLUME_KMSCLIENT channel
Last 5 characters of installed product key: RM3B3
    ERROR CODE: 0x8007000D
ERROR DESCRIPTION: Run the following: cscript ospp.vbs /ddescr:0x8007000D
    ---------------------------------------

I have uninstalling and re-installing, attempted to force updates, re-armed and deleted information pertaining to the license key. For whatever reason, I can't get this to work. I have installed from the SAME Visio disc before, so I know that the disc isn't bad.

Any ideas how I could fix this so I can activate visio?
