Recover Admin Password in Server 08

I've seen the other thread pertaining to this, but it did not mention how to boot a livecd over an operating system already running in virtualbox.

What tool should I even be using to recover this password with?
I have labs due tomorrow, and I honestly can't recall for the life of my what I set
my password to.

I understand that, I figured out how. Real easy.
What should I be using to recover the password?
Class in 6 hours and I'm screwed. I've tried PING and the pc login now.
That did not work.
Any suggestions?

 

haha, my professor used that too, didn't work on the server.
