    Hello
About a year ago I put the USB (32GB) photos/videos, which had 28 gigabytes A few weeks ago I went to see them, but did not go. This runs up there (see photo). When I click Properties USB and shows that it is 28 gigabytes So those pictures/videos there might be. I tried Ashampoo Photo Getback, Stellar Phoenix Data Recovery, Easy U.S., but did not help.
There are pictures in the format: RAW and JPEG
There are videos in the format: MOV
These photos and videos are very important to me so I want them back. All!
    Can you help me?
    Thank you DriveIsNotAccesibleTheFileOrDirectoryIsCorruptedAndUnreadable.png

You have tried what are you just trying file recover try complete or partition recovery also. I doubt if paid for software will give any better results.

I tried Potatoshare USB Data Recovery and helped a little. I found that about 50% of photos and videos, but of which about half are in a very small size px, poor quality.

Thank you, but I got it solved. Active Data Studio is the name of the program that have helped me. Of course, there are some losses (about 100 photos), but it does not matter. D
