I have followed instructions from various threads on this forum to make XP OEM cd's. They have all worked great. I use dual boot which sometimes screws up and i need to do, say, "fixboot" from Recovery Console, but this option is not available on the OEM cd. Is there anyway to create an XP OEM cd with the recovery console option?

    Maybe a workaround:

on the XP-CD start the setup with a command switch, for example:

    D:\i386\winnt32.exe /cmdcons (where D: is your CD/DVD-drive)

This will install the command console on your system and you only need the CD if the system has a damaged boot sector

Thanks for prompt reply. The problem with his solution is usually when i need the console i don't get as far as the boot menu, it hangs before that. I was hoping to be able to add it somehow, while building the iso, so that the OEM cd has the R option.
