I could be wrong but I don't think that will work for you. Recovery partitions are usually branded to each computer and cant be installed on another computer.

Think you will need to contact ASUS for recovery DVD's because you need a least 4 DVD's or a 16GB USB thumb drive to do backup which you should have done in the first place. I doubt anyone would be uploading 4 ISO files, just download windows 7 and use daz loader to activate.

It looks to me like he is seeking a recovery disk copy from somebody with a machine identical to his own.

We know you wanted Help, but for your first post that is some request.
As I stated you would need the Recovery DVD's of which there are four i,e, 16 GB so I doubt even if some one had them whether they would upload the ISO files you may need to contact ASUS, or just download windows 7 and use Daz loader to install OEM:SLP key and Certificate.

The recovery partition is even bigger than 4 dvd's. Yeah that is too big.

You can use windows 7 on a usb and the loader as suggested, and then you can download all the software that came with it from Asus, I would suggest getting all the drivers downloaded before installing Windows to the machine though, so you have them if needed.

the only thing i can say is if the disk is not damaged ( or overwriten by data from new install) theres a small chance u can recover whole partition with Find And Mount and make Image of it.. its in hirensbootcd
