How do I set up a recovery partition from the set of recovery disks that I have made? I wiped my hard drive clean and now want to create the partition as if it was a new laptop. Any help will be appreciated
Have you actually tried using the recovery disks they may setup machine back to default state i,e with recovery partiton if you had one to start with.
Thanks for the reply. Apparently if you restore from the recovery disks then it sets the laptop back to factory condition but does not recreate the partition in the hard drive. I want to recreate this partition so that if I sell the laptop, it is like new if you know what I mean
just sell the laptop with the discs you made,if you deleted the partition there is nothing you can do but reinstall from disc.
