hello, everyone, I ask for your experiance because currently, I use windows 10 ltsc 1809 with all the updates, I would like using gpo to reduce the memory footprint of windows 10, so I deactivate the telemetry , diagnostics, cortana, cloud search, the xbox bar, and reduce data sending, what would be the things I could do to earn a little more? I deactivate the visual effects

Any updates related, preload apps you don't need, defender, indexing, superfetch

There is nothing to do with experience, all factories makes the best to make better and faster computers and there is no reasons to think anything else.
Any version of Windows 10 will always use about 2.5 - 3 GB of RAM. If your Windows uses more, it will be due to the additional services you allow and the automatic launch and running of services and add-ons in the background.
Disable any unneeded services and programs from starting and running in the background, ie background processes.
That's all you can do. Everything you listed in your posts is actually completely irrelevant and gives very little free RAM and also CPU usage mostly not changes.
If you are a regular home user, you should think about how to increase the RAM to at least 8GB. You can only do this if other devices on your computer allow it. It means motherboard, processor, graphics card etc.
However, it is often the case that a person thinks that he / she will increase the memory to 16-32 GB, but in fact only allows 3.96GB to use the motherboard, processor, etc. and there is no way to increase it. Then there is no point in increasing the RAM by more than 4GB (which is 4096 MB in a binary system)
So - don't make for yourself any illusions about an old and fast computer, these dreams never come true.

A minimum of 8-16 GB of RAM and a 3-4 GHz multi-core processor + SSD should be today's minimum requirements.

Windows puts many programs and services into memory because they run better and faster that way. That's the deal. This isn't like the old days of Windows 3.1.

    DISABLING

With the Anniversary Update, Microsoft hid the option to disable Cortana.
Warning: Do not attempt to remove the Cortana package using install_wim_tweak or the PowerShell, as it will break Windows Search and you will have to reinstall Windows!
Open our command prompt again and use this command:

    reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Search" /v AllowCortana /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
    reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\FirewallRules" /v "{2765E0F4-2918-4A46-B9C9-43CDD8FCBA2B}" /t REG_SZ /d "BlockCortana|Action=Block|Active=TRUE|Dir=Out|App=C:\windows\systemapps\microsoft.windows.cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy\searchui.exe|Name=Search and Cortana application|AppPkgId=S-1-15-2-1861897761-1695161497-2927542615-642690995-327840285-2659745135-2630312742|" /f
    reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search" /v BingSearchEnabled /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

This is correct, by unloading stuff it will only take more time when the stuff is needed to run.

I mentioned KDE Plasma because it is an environment with more visual effects even than Windows in addition to being highly customizable and having several features but it is lighter than any more modern environment and its consumption of RAM is very close to a simpler environment such as the XFCE. Even on a weak PC it is possible that it runs well. Unlike Gnome which consumes as much or more RAM than Windows and can be as or heavier than Windows.

Linux Mint Cinnamon (based on Gnome) is another great alternative consuming around 600 MB much less than Gnome itself.

XFCE and Mate are certainly even lighter and very customizable but can be ugly for some.

You can do UEFI mod and USB3 mod to a win7 setup image. I've done it myself.
The real question is how long are you willing to keep using an old OS to indulge this desire for the OS using minimal resources?
Win10 is a bit laggy compared to win7, but it doesn't use that many more resources, especially if you use the LTSB/C versions.
Is a few frames of lag worth the hassle of maintaining an old OS with hardware drivers and compatibility problems?

I know you didn't directly ask about Windows 7, but it's really the only way to use the kind of minimal resources without completely butchering the OS.
