This did not work for me.

There was an error mesage when I opened the .reg file. Maybe it was because I have a later version of Registry Editor?

The following works with Vista SP1 and later.

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\runas]
@="Open Command Window Here as Administrator"

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\runas\command]
    @="cmd.exe /s /k pushd \"%V\""

    ;-)
