Sometimes we need easy and fast access to some of Windows features and save a few mouse clicks in the process..:D Just copy and paste into notepad and rename to Computer.reg, Works
with Vista, Windows 7 and 8.

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
    ;Dos_Probie

;Add "Device Manager", "Run", "Search" and "System Restore" with Icons to Computer desktop folder in Windows 7 and Windows 8**

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{74246BFC-4C96-11D0-ABEF-0020AF6B0B7A}]
    @="Device Manager"

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace\{2559A1F3-21D7-11D4-BDAF-00C04F60B9F0}]
