reinstalled windows 8.1 and now skydrive/one drive problem

i already tried those but says onedrive.exe dosent exists and nothing happens

i wanna remove it completely with a script or something, im afraid if i use simple delete i will get errors that onedrive.exe was not find and the rest

if you have another suggestion, thx
