remote web access doesnt play media outside network

    so everything loads, including remote web access.. even outside my network. Only thing is music and videos only play if im connected to my network,and im connected by wifi , and it works on my ipad, and or iphone if im connected to wifi



    If i disconnect and use my 4G connection videos and music dont load on my iphone or ipad.. Anyone can help me please?

    have you opend port in Your firewall
