Removing the Microsoft Help Icon from Explorer?

    Is there a registry tweak or method to remove the annoying "?" near the X? Sometimes, I go to close a window and have butterfingers and click the help icon and then the help window appears. Not a big deal, but was wondering if it could be removed or hidden at least.
