Rename drive question

    Currently, My C: is called local disk. Can rename that to windows 8 which it is really without causing any issues?

    changing label (local disk) has no issue.

    yes, you can. won't be a problem at all.

    Well, just think about it. If renaming a volume made any negative effect, would you see a rename option in the context menu, when you right click the volume? As if there was a "detonate this PC" menu when you click on "my computer"...

    You can, why not. You can name it whatever (for example: EVIL_C_DRIVE) :D
