It would make sense to see it aside with the others .NET Framework runtime repacks you are already maintaining.
also on unsupported OS versions! Isn’t a question of underneath API. How to check if .NET Framework 4.8 would call problematic API calls on Window Vista, Windows Vista with SP1 and Windows Vista with SP2?
Net 4 Bypass component have fix to let's download and install from Windows Update? After how i saw in last time, some suppressor make conflict with sha wuc, that's why are errors to download newest updates for Vosta as WS2008. And are problems with install net 4 by WU when suppressor isn't installed. And is only sha wuc + net 4 esu bypass installed. Will be fix?
If you cannot understand this explanation and the fix, then there is nothing i can do for you https://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/1774183/ https://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/1775211/
But I understand you. Only why remove suppressor help to me and updates start work? But with that component I can't update nothing. You had that type situation? Because I understand put fix that data restore db, but when active suppressor, it don't work to me. That I try tell you.
So I don't know why helped me remove suppressor and then SHA WUC started find updates. But fine. Maybe something more else decided to gone that error when I remover that one component.. Thanks for all informations.
So I had right. I watched video made by NT Dev. He didn't installed suppressor, only that net4esu to that sha wuc and he added fix. After my situations, now I understand more, why I had that error. It was by suppressor. It gone after uninstall that component. Sorry if I told my words to don't understand. But about that I was trying tell.
Windows Vista SP2 64-bit/Windows Server 2008 64-bit was already up to date to March 2025. These 3 updates installed fine for April 2025. Windows Update detected and installed the first 2 updates, and the IE9 script was used to install the 3rd update. KB5055609 SMQR KB5056457 SSU KB5055515 IE9 (9.0.350) But when I tried to install these 2 updates, both failed to install and displayed an error code(I forgot what it was). KB5054696 MNF 4.6.2 KB5055687 MNF 4.6.2 It's no big deal, but I'm curious as to why neither of these 2 updates would install.
KB5055687 is .NET Rollup Wrapper, not actual update KB5054696 needs .NET 4 ESU Bypass or dotNetFx4_ESU_Installer
